No person representing Clause5afe may guarantee, predict, imply, or create a reasonable expectation of any particular certification outcome.
Commercial boundary
Clients buy an evaluation, not a pass
The outcome depends on the evidence evaluated against the governing certification criteria. Pricing, strategic value, pipeline importance, prior history, or a person's confidence in the client may not alter that rule.
- No pass guarantees, pass-rate sales claims, pre-audit outcome predictions, or language that minimizes certification as a formality.
- Scoping defines the system, evidence, and applicable obligations. It does not predict the result.
- Findings identify and classify gaps. Clause5afe does not prescribe remediation.
Separation
Sales does not decide certification
Commercial personnel close engagements. Assigned evaluators examine evidence. Independent review and decision functions control certification outcomes. Sales personnel do not participate in audit activity, receive preliminary findings, or pressure an active engagement.
Fees
Payment is independent of outcome
Certification fees pay for defined work and remain due regardless of the certification outcome. Any interim, restricted, or adverse outcome follows its governing status rules. Re-assessment follows separately governed scope and pricing rather than a promise to produce a pass.
Evaluator protection
No override and no reprisal
Certification decisions cannot be overridden by Sales, Operations, or executive leadership for commercial reasons. Evaluators may not be penalized, reassigned, demoted, or otherwise disadvantaged for reaching an evidence-supported unfavorable result.
Authority boundary
What this policy does not authorize
Clause5afe may explain its process, possible outcomes, evidence requirements, and deliverables. It may not turn that explanation into a prediction, guarantee, readiness opinion, or remediation service.
