These terms govern the public Clause5afe website, Safe AI for Everyone pages, and public-facing digital tools. Client, certification, employment, and other contracted services use their applicable written agreements.
Public website terms
By using the covered public websites and tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those features.
You may use Clause5afe's public websites and public-facing tools for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the websites, accounts, systems, data, or connected services.
Public website content is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, investment, medical, or other professional advice and should not be treated as a certification decision, assurance opinion, or substitute for advice based on your specific circumstances.
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a meeting, using a public tool, or interacting with an assistant does not create a client relationship, certification engagement, or guarantee eligibility, scope, timing, pricing, or outcome. Any paid service or certification engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
Where a feature requires an account or permission from another platform, you are responsible for using an authorized account and complying with that platform's terms. You may revoke a connected platform's access through that platform or the applicable account control when available.
Clause5afe and its licensors retain rights in the websites, branding, publications, frameworks, software, graphics, and other materials. You may link to public pages and share unmodified public materials with attribution. No license to use certification marks, badges, proprietary frameworks, or software is granted unless Clause5afe provides it in writing.
The websites may link to or use third-party services. Their availability, content, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. A link or integration does not make Clause5afe responsible for a third party's service or content.
Clause5afe may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue a public feature and may update these terms when the websites or applicable requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
Public websites and tools are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Clause5afe does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited or excludes rights that applicable law does not allow a user to waive.
