Clause5afe evaluates and certifies. The Company does not sell implementation, remediation, readiness consulting, or vendor-selection services.
Certification begins with a defined system and evidence boundary. Public claims should remain traceable to approved criteria, decisions, and current status.
Commercial work, evidence gathering, quality review, and certification decisions are separated through controlled roles, conflict checks, and recusal requirements.
A certification mark should lead back to an authoritative record that explains the certified scope, current status, limitations, and material history.

The Company is structured as a certification authority rather than a software vendor or consulting practice, with governance and impartiality embedded into its operating model.
The operating model connects certification architecture, evaluator competence, document control, quality assurance, conflicts, appeals, complaints, monitoring, and status controls.
